XPanel for MAC is the farthest from simple as you can get. Is there a checklist somewhere that could help me figure out what I missed? If I enter the IP address in a browser window, I get a "placeholder" page. When I launch XPanel on my Mac, I get a blank screen with a message centered on the screen that says "connected to 192.168.1.100".thats it. I completed the pages for a simple HT setup with just three components Sunfire processor, projector, and DVD and of course, Xpanel.Īfter working through the compile errors and warnings, I finally was able to upload the system. Although I have a few 1550C touch panels and an RF gateway, I decided to keep my first try simple. Crestron is releasing the 2012 course schedule this week and I can't wait! I learned a lot by simply completing the online courses and fumbling with systembuilder but I am convinced that I have no interest in learning this platform without formal training!!Īnyway, I built a system with just my pro2 and XPanel for Mac.
Well, after just six weeks, I was able to compile and upload my first system.
